1. Who we are
FixAdSpend is a product operated by Fixadspend LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with registered office and mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In this policy, “FixAdSpend”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Fixadspend LLC. “You” refers to anyone who visits our website or interacts with our service.
The product is currently pre-launch. The only public interaction available today is our marketing website and waitlist signup. This policy will be updated before the full product launches.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Email address — when you submit our waitlist form, we store the email address you provide so we can notify you when access opens.
- Messages you send us — if you email us at admin@fixadspend.ai or any other address on this site, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Anonymous usage analytics — aggregate page views, rough geographic region (country level), browser type, and the page you arrived from. We do not link this data to your identity.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records IP addresses for ~30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We don’t use these logs for marketing.
2.3 Information we do not collect (yet)
The actual FixAdSpend product, once launched, will require connecting your ad platform accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, etc.) via OAuth. Until you do that on a launched product surface, we are not collecting any advertising, financial, or platform data about you.
3. How we use it
We use the information described above to:
- Send you a one-time email when waitlist access opens.
- Respond to questions or support requests you send us.
- Understand which pages of our site are useful (aggregate analytics).
- Protect the site from spam, abuse, fraud, or attempted unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your email to sell or rent lists, share with third-party marketers, or send promotional emails for any business other than FixAdSpend.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the small set of service providers we need to operate, and only to the extent each one needs to do its job:
- Hosting: Vercel, Inc. (United States) — hosts this website and processes incoming requests.
- Domain & DNS: GoDaddy.com, LLC (United States) — registers our domain and routes DNS.
- Email infrastructure (when applicable): we may use third-party transactional email providers (e.g. Resend, Postmark) to send launch notifications. These providers process the email address only for the purpose of delivering our message to you.
- Legal authorities: if required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not currently transfer the data we collect to any party for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our marketing site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — for the site to function (e.g. remembering that you successfully joined the waitlist so we don’t show you the form twice in the same session).
- Aggregate analytics — anonymous page-view counts provided by our hosting platform. No third-party advertising trackers, no Meta Pixel, no Google Tag Manager on this marketing site at the time of writing.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly-necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (in particular if you are in the EU/UK under GDPR, or in California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent (e.g. remove yourself from the waitlist).
- Object to processing, or restrict processing, in certain cases.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@fixadspend.ai from the address you signed up with, or include enough information for us to identify your record. We respond within 30 days.
7. How long we keep data
- Waitlist emails: until you ask us to delete them, or until 24 months after our public launch (whichever comes first).
- Server logs: approximately 30 days, then automatically purged by our hosting provider.
- Support emails: as long as needed to resolve the matter, plus up to 24 months for our records.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices for anyone who handles data on our behalf. No system on the internet is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
9. International transfers
FixAdSpend is operated from the United States. If you access our site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required (for example, transfers of personal data of individuals in the EU/UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.
10. Children’s privacy
FixAdSpend is a business-to-business product intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please email admin@fixadspend.ai and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as we approach product launch. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top, and where appropriate notify you by email or via a notice on this site. Continued use of our website after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
